Unwrap

At Eight Days, we like to unwrap all back stock items before organizing if they are in containers or plastic. It is easier to organize these unwrapped because they can be lined up in more configurations and fit in more spaces instead of taking up an entire shelf. Let the items sit on the shelf or let the containers contain them instead of a bunch of wrapping.

Examples of back stock items include toilet paper and paper towels.

The wrapper that holds several boxes of kleenex together from Costco can go.

In a pantry, you do not always need all of the boxes that contain snack items.

Batteries do not need to be in a plastic bag before they are in the drawer.
