Job description

Eight Days is looking for the next professional home organizer for our team. We hire detail oriented and highly organized individuals that can help in a variety of client homes. Please see a variety of projects that a home organizer works on below

  • Turn a little kids playroom into a more functional space
  • Clear the garage so a client can park cars again
  • Use containers to bring order to a pantry
  • Space planning for a kitchen so that everything has a place
  • Organize a closet by type and color
  • Help a client decide what to keep and what to donate
  • Unpack a client and organize them in their new home

Eight Days’ services are personalized to our individual clients’ needs, therefore our Professional Organizers must be willing to take on a multitude of projects including closets, kitchen & pantry, storage rooms, garages, linen closets, playrooms and more! Our Professional Organizer role requires a can do attitude and willingness to take the lead, create game plans and put them into action effectively and efficiently. General Duties (always subject to change):

  • Create organization game plans
  • Organize spaces – garage, storage rooms, closets, kitchens, pantry, etc
  • Take before and after photos during projects
  • Utilize containers in spaces
  • Inventory, buy and stock containers

Job Requirements/Preferences:

  • Have an eye for detail and organization – required
  • Ability to work Reliable Transportation – required
  • Ability to pass a background check – required
  • You define “on time to work” as being 5 minutes early to work – required
  • Organization experience / examples of work – preferred


Part-time Mornings – M/T/W/Th/F 8:00-12:00 between 2 and 5 days a week

Ideal candidates will have the ability to work 8:00-12:00 2-5 mornings each week

Full-time available for the right candidate
