By placing an order through this site or paying an invoice from the company and hiring Eight Days Home Organization or Eight Days LLC to come to your home, you are providing consent for before and after photos to be taken in your home. These photos are used to monitor the quality of work our organizers provide and for marketing purposes. Photos are used for marketing and promotional purposes including, but not limited to the myeightdays.com website, other websites affiliated with Eight Days, including but not limited to containersandbins.io, realspacesbook.com, realspaces.io, and eightdays.com and for any other purposes online and in print, books, and any other usage. All photo rights belong to Eight Days LLC and cannot be claimed
Eight Days LLC, Eight Days Home Organization, and Alissa Boukal have permission to use photographs of your home in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all of Alissa Boukal and Eight Days LLC’s printed and digital publications. You understand and agree that any photograph of your home will become property of Alissa Boukal and Eight Days LLC and will not be returned. Since you are hiring Eight Days LLC voluntarily for services in your home, photos will be taken and you will receive no financial compensation for any way that they are used.
Eight Days LLC and Alissa Boukal can edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute before and after photos for purposes of publicizing Alissa Boukal and Eight Days LLC’s programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. You waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein your home appears and waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph.
MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS
If you wish to unsubscribe from our email campaigns, please click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email sent from us. If you opt out of our email marketing, we will still send you messages related to our transactions and relationship with you, such as order confirmations.
