1. Agreement Between User and Eight Days LLC

Welcome to myeightdays.com (the “Site”), operated by Eight Days LLC, a Nebraska-based company (“Eight Days,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site and govern your access to and use of the Site and our products and services, including but not limited to home organization services, packing services, containers, gift cards, and digital content.


2. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data. By using the Site, you agree to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy. If you are a resident of California, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).


3. Electronic Communications

By visiting the Site, contacting us by email, or subscribing to our services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. This includes service notifications, order confirmations, marketing emails (unless opted out), and updates related to your use of the Site.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” or replying with STOP, QUIT, or CANCEL. Transactional emails will continue as needed.

This Site is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with parental or guardian supervision.


6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to be transparent about our policies:

  • Home Organization Services & Products (including bins, books, and gift cards): Non-refundable.
  • Packing Services:
    • If canceled before work begins, a 25% cancellation fee applies. The remainder of your deposit will be refunded.
    • You may also choose to retain full credit on your account for future services to waive the fee.

7. Photos and Media

By booking services with Eight Days, you consent to the use of before-and-after photos of your spaces for:

  • Internal quality assurance
  • Marketing and promotional purposes on our websites, social media, books, or print materials

To opt out of marketing use, please notify us in writing prior to or at the time of your service. Internal quality control photos may still be taken and retained. All media remains the intellectual property of Eight Days LLC.


8. Third-Party Services and Sharing of Information

We may use or integrate with third-party services to fulfill orders, process payments, deliver marketing communications, or analyze website usage (e.g., Google Analytics). By using the Site, you consent to this information being shared as necessary with:

  • Payment processors
  • Shipping providers
  • Marketing and analytics platforms
  • Governmental or legal authorities, if legally required

You agree to indemnify and hold Eight Days, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.


15. Limitation of Liability

To The Fullest Extent Permitted By Law, Eight Days LLC Is Not Liable For Any Indirect, Incidental, Special, Or Consequential Damages Arising From The Use Of This Site Or Any Products Or Services Purchased Herein.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent allowed under the law.


16. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • Location: Nebraska (unless otherwise agreed)
  • No class actions: You waive the right to participate in any class or representative action

This arbitration provision survives termination of your use of the Site.


17. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site or services without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.


18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law provisions. All disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska, unless resolved through arbitration as stated above.


19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eight Days LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior communications.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.


20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
