Receiving Update Forms

The franchise will receive Update Forms from organizers everyday. Here is what to do when you receive them.

 

When you receive Start of Project Form, here are best practices:

  • Take note of which crews are on projects and what projects have started.
  • Alter the initial game plan when necessary when the Start of Project Form is received.

 

When you receive both the Update 1 Form and the Update 2 Form, here are best practices:

  • Monitor the project to keep a pulse on your business and make sure all clients are always happy and get the highest level of service.
  • Make suggestions to the organizers if any spaces should be adjusted when Update 1 and Update 2 are received.

 

When you receive the Completed Project Form, here are automations that will happen:
